Client FAQs
-
(01)
What type of companies does FieldWrk work with?
FieldWrk partners exclusively with B2B companies in critical infrastructure, civil construction, and industrial sectors, including heavy civil and DOT contractors, national general contractors, waste and environmental companies, equipment manufacturers and dealers, and energy and utility contractors. If you build it, move it, maintain it, or keep it running, we speak your language. We don’t take on clients outside of critical infrastructure which means less time educating us and more time building your brand.

(02)
How much does a brand project cost?
A branding project with FieldWrk can start around $25k and can go upwards of $100k+ for enterprise level brand projects. This includes a strategy session, verbal and visual identity, and complete brand guidelines.
-
(03)
How long do brand projects take?
A brand-only refresh typically takes 3-4 months. Brand, content, and website together usually run 6-8 months, with larger or multi-brand projects taking 8-10 months. Timelines move fastest when review cycles stay efficient, so we map out a milestone plan at the start to keep things on track and avoid surprises.

Will your brand process work for us?
If you’re navigating growth, a merger or acquisition, a leadership transition, or a brand that hasn’t caught up to how far your company has come, yes. Our Delivery Method was built specifically for infrastructure and construction companies working through exactly that kind of change. It starts with leadership, builds a foundation before any tactics get touched, and turns into a system your team can run for years to come.

Do you work with companies that compete with one another in the same market?
Sometimes, yes. When that happens, we aim to run separate internal teams, mutual NDAs, and confidentiality protocols, so your strategy and brand decisions stay walled off from theirs. If you’re concerned about a specific competitor, just ask, we’ll tell you our exposure straight and let you decide if you’re comfortable moving forward.
We’d love to hear about your business challenges and see if we’d be a good fit to help you out.
