FieldWrk Brand Foundation

Like any structure, your organization’s brand must start with a well-designed plan, a strong foundation, and an aligned vision for what’s to come.

In this first phase, we work with leadership teams to define their organization’s brand beliefs (pillars), brand vision, cultural values, positioning, and overall brand strategy.

What Phase 1 Looks Like in Action:

This is a highly collaborative part of our brand process where the FieldWrk team sees your operations first-hand and becomes an extension of your team. We conduct audience surveys and live interviews, market research, and strategic workshops with leadership teams in-person. We deliver brand pillars, verbal identity, brand strategy, and your team’s cultural priorities.

FieldWrk Brand Infrastructure

Once your brand foundation is set, we begin crafting the infrastructure on top of it to build alignment, consistency and trust.

In the second phase of our brand process, we help you build (or evolve) your brand’s identity into a modern, scalable brand operating system. We develop clear, unique, and usable visual brand systems and guidelines so you can operationalize your brand from field to office.

What Phase 2 Looks Like in Action:

This part of the process is where the FieldWrk team translates the strategy and messaging from Phase 1 into a repeatable visual system. We have experience building and evolving brands for century-old legacy organizations as well as new ventures. We deliver repeatable visual brand systems, guidelines, and templates so your teams can actually put your brand to work with consistency and confidence.
