Uniting Four Industry-Leading Brands to Scale for the Future

In 2023, we linked up with LPX Group, a powerhouse in civil construction. Made up of four distinct brands, the company needed a brand that told their unified story without losing what made each subsidiary unique. Our mission was to create an enterprise brand strategy that would unite the group while clarifying the identity of each subsidiary.

Identifying the Culture that Connects Four Subsidiary Brands

We kicked off our work with a deep dive into LPX Group’s culture, goals, and market positioning. Facilitating a two-day workshop with over 20 division managers and executives, we gained key insights into each subsidiary brand’s offerings and its place within the larger group.

What We Did

  • Stakeholder Interviews
  • Strategic Workshops
  • Brand Audit

Branding Built to Grow

Before beginning branding on the subsidiaries, we first provided consulting and naming support to establish LPX Group as the holding company. We also crafted a verbal strategy to align the group’s mission, values, and approach, along with a scalable tagline structure for future growth.

What We Did

  • Verbal Identity
  • Value Propositions
  • Employee Values
  • Strategic Narrative
  • Key Messaging
