Tough Enough for Construction

24/7 Onsite Cameras builds surveillance systems designed for the harshest and most remote jobsites. Their solar and electric models are made for the contractors FieldWrk partners with every day. The 24/7 team came to us for a full-service branding and marketing project tailored to that target audience. We delivered.

A Product Built to Prove Itself

24/7 Onsite Cameras had already solved the hard problem: building rugged, off-grid cameras and surveillance systems that could be pulled down unpaved roads and stay running at remote jobsites without power. What they hadn’t done yet was translate that engineering into a message buyers would understand. That’s where we came in. Fieldwrk ran a leadership workshop to understand the product and the people behind it.

What We Did:

  • Stakeholder Interviews
  • Team Survey Analysis
  • Brand Workshop

“Built To Work Wherever You Do.”

We found that 24/7 Onsite Camera’s real differentiator wasn’t just toughness. It was peace of mind for owners who couldn’t be on site around the clock. Fieldwrk turned each technical feature, from off-grid power to encrypted data, into a reason to buy. We also grounded the risk of an unsecured site in real terms: replacement costs, delayed schedules, idle labor, and not just a generic warning about theft.

We also provided messaging to build their team. An employee value proposition explained how applicants could “secure their future with 24/7” and detailed the benefits offered to technicians. We wrote values tailored to the company’s culture, which could help the team determine whether someone was a great hire or assess employee performance over time. Together, these elements form a strong foundation of all future company communications.

What We Did

  • Verbal Identity & Messaging Platform
  • Audience-Specific Positioning
  • Employee Value Proposition

Brand Infrastructure

Rugged, Future-Forward Visuals

FieldWrk’s next challenge was to turn 24/7’s existing logo and mascot into a full brand system flexible enough for print and digital applications. Our team built the full visual system around them, balancing gritty, construction-grade cues with a modern, tech-forward look. A dark theme, custom graphic elements, and clear guidelines for media treatment gave them an actionable set of visuals, all packaged together to work wherever they do (and wherever they post online).

What We Did

  • Visual Brand System
  • Brand Guidelines
  • Motion & Media Treatment Guidelines

Ready-To-Deploy Content

With the visual direction set, Fieldwrk’s production team spent two shoots on site capturing product photography, B-roll, and the security systems in action. That included a full series of setup videos walking users through each product line, now a permanent resource on the 24/7 Onsite Cameras website.

What We Did

  • On-site Photo & Video Shoots
  • Product Setup Video Series
  • Photo & Video Content Library

Bringing Onsite Online

24/7’s old website was hard to navigate and out-of-date tech specs, it failed to inspire trust (and when it comes to security, trust is everything). Our team rebuilt the site around clear use cases and system types, applied the new visual and verbal identity throughout, and rewrote technical spec content to be genuinely useful to buyers.

What We Did

  • Site Strategy & Structure
  • Website Design & Development
  • Use Case & Product Pages
  • Resource Library

Brand Built for Anything

Towards the end of the project, 24/7 was acquired and their business changed significantly. FieldWrk paused active work, regrouped with their team, and updated the brand to reflect the new direction.

24/7 Onsite Cameras now has everything they need to promote their business: carefully crafted messaging, a flexible brand system, a whole library of photo and video content, a user-friendly website, a polished social media presence, paid ads to increase their reach, and ongoing creative support to keep it all fresh.

What started as a branding and website project has become an ongoing partnership, one that’s held up through real change.
