Ragan treats social media like a game and she’s very good at winning it.

Ragan will tell you life’s what you make it. One look at her career and you’ll believe her. She grew up on a rice farm in Northeast Arkansas — big machines, blue collar roots, a deep respect for people who work hard and get their hands dirty. She left for Nashville with a lot of drive and a social battery that, by all accounts, has never once needed recharging.

She began her career as a producer at Nashville’s NBC station, left to start her own social media business serving bars and restaurants around the city, painted commissions as a working artist on the side, did a stint in sales, and eventually landed in social media strategy for a real estate firm. Every chapter added something different — production instincts, entrepreneurial range, and eye for what actually builds an audience. She arrived at FieldWrk with all of it.

Now she leads the social media department, working closely alongside the production team and spending most of her days with clients, learning their businesses, building strategies that fit their needs, and putting them into action. For some clients that means running everything end to end. For others it means building a fully customized playbook and handing it off. Either way, her approach is the same: get genuinely excited about the work you’re delivering. That excitement, she’ll tell you, is one of the most important parts of doing great work.

When she’s not working, Ragan is out, concerts, movies, good food, good people, wherever Nashville (and the world) takes her. She and her husband are working on traveling through a bucket list of countries. When she’s actually home (which is rare, she needs essentially zero alone time) she paints, draws, and makes jewelry.

“I get very invested in everyone I work with, both on my team and my clients. I seek to get to know them and their needs extensively."
