Cat believes the best creative work happens when everyone, team and client, is having fun doing it.

Cat didn’t arrive in the construction and infrastructure world by accident. Her dad is a founder and lead developer at a construction technology company, which means she grew up around the industry — the grit, the family legacy, the people who build things meant to last. When FieldWrk came into the picture, it felt less like a career pivot and more like a natural landing place.

Before FieldWrk, she spent years as a Senior Account Manager at an Austin-based agency, where she worked across a wide range of industries, financial services, CPG, beauty, entertainment, commodity goods, and an equally wide range of project types: production, websites, brand strategy, verbal and visual identity, annual planning. Working across that many verticals shaped her into the kind of project manager who can read a room, adapt quickly, and find the path forward regardless of what’s on the table.

At FieldWrk, Cat sees her role as a bridge between the internal team and the client, between what’s creatively ambitious and what’s actually executable, between a great idea and a delivered project. From the agency side, that means making sure the team has clarity, the right resources, and everything they need to do their best work. From the client side, it means building real confidence in the process and making every touchpoint feel less like a status update and more like genuine collaboration. Creative work is fun, and she thinks every client should feel that way, too.

Cat currently lives in Nashville, but her heart is split in several directions. She gets back to home in Georgia a few times a year to see her people, and spends as much time as she can in Park City, Utah, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. She’s also recently taken up needlepoint, practices yoga, reads constantly, and is an excellent wake surfer who has taught more than a few people how to do it. She’ll probably teach you too, if you ask nicely.

“I love to build great work that runs according to plan and have a ton of joy while doing it. If you can get all that right, most projects are in good shape."
