Made up of four distinct brands, the company needed a brand that told their unified story without losing what made each subsidiary unique. Our mission was to create an enterprise brand strategy that would unite the group while clarifying the identity of each subsidiary.

We kicked off our work with a deep dive into LPX Group’s culture, goals, and market positioning. Facilitating a two-day workshop with over 20 division managers and executives, we gained key insights into each subsidiary brand’s offerings and its place within the larger group.
